The first thing we saw when we arrived at Leading Tickle was this iceburg with a hole in it.
A few hours later, it flipped over and then, looked like this. This campground (the only established campground we have stayed in) is operated by the town of Leading Tickle. This picture of our campspot is taken from the beach so you can see it is not your typical parking lot style of campground.Every year at the beginning of August, they hold a big party in the park to raise money for the volunteer fire department. So, if you are in the neighborhood, you know where to go for some fun.We went for a walk up the steep hill to the lookout. I was unsure about tackling even more stairs but then saw this path.It was still a climb! We saw this cute rabbit along the path. He didn’t move at all as we stood there taking pictures. You could almost hear him thinking “if I sit really still, don’t make eye contact, they won’t be able to see me”!What better way to end a perfect day than with a perfect sunset. Thanks to all who have stopped by our blog. All good things are better when shared!
